Retarder

Cellulosic Glossy – Silk Matt – Matt Varnish
DESCRIPTION
Nitro-cellulose and alkyd resin based, air drying furniture varnish. It has been developed for furniture and wooden industries. It is resistant to physical impacts and has high adhesion ability.

APPLICATION SURFACES
It is a varnish formulated for decorative use on interior walls and use on any solid wood and veneer surfaces of furniture. It is used as topcoat varnish on surfaces prepared with cellulosic, polyurethane or polyester filler varnish.
APPLICATION METHOD
The surface of application must be completely dry and free from any oil and impurities. Yalaz Paint Cellulosic Varnish is diluted with Yalaz Paint Cellulosic Thinner and must be applied using a sprayer in 2 or 3 coats in cross directions on all surfaces coated with filler varnish. If high performance is needed as a result of topcoat varnish application, the sanding must be performed using 360-400 sandblasting.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
Diluted with cellulosic thinner by 90-100% (by weight).
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 kg of product covers a surface of 8-10 m2 in a single coat (with a dry film thickness of 35-40 µ).
Drying Time
(20°C) (50% relative humidity):
Touch Dry: 10-20 minutes
Recoat: 30-60 minutes
Hard Dry: 2-4 hours
Full Cure: 24 hours
Storage
It can be stored for one year at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C in its original sealed packaging with no direct sunlight. Protect from extremely high temperatures and frost.
