Yalaz Plus – Pure Acrylic
100% pure acrylic emulsion based, high hide, easy-to-apply, washable, anti-carbonation, external wall paint with excellent wet frictional resistance, high dirt repellent properties and smooth and semi-matt appearance, which is resistant to harsh climate conditions, highly resistant to humidity and water, ensures micro-permeability and does not fade for long periods of time. It is resistant to molds, fungi and moss.

PROPERTIES

- Does not oxidize and resistant to salt, humidity and weak chemical solutions.
- Prevents bacterial growth.
- The surface can be cleaned with detergent or soap water.
- Does not lose elasticity in time.
- Does not reveal fine cracks in the wall thanks to its elasticity.
- It is possible to create different patterns on the application surface by using different rolls.
- Your walls will always stay dry as it is water repellent. This way, surface dirtiness, moss and mold growth, and heat loss are minimized.
APPLICATION SURFACES
It is formulated for the ceiling surfaces of interiors of buildings, and it is recommended to not use the product for other applications.
APPLICATION METHOD
The application surface must be cleaned off of any oil, dirt, loose and blistered coats. In case of glassy and glossy surfaces, the surface must be prepared for adherence of paint. Exterior Wall Putty should be used to repair fine cracks and for scraping. Filler Primer should be applied in a single coat on grainy, new and sturdy surfaces. Previously painted, highly calcic, absorbent surfaces with weak and loose texture should be impregnated with binder to strengthen the surface. “Never use insulating primers for priming”. If the product is to be applied on cement-based decorative rendering used for heat insulation system, always use binder as a primer.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
It should be diluted with water by 5-10% in volume and applied in two coats at least 24 hours after applying the primer. Depending on the weather conditions, wait for minimum 6 hours in between the coats. Do not apply the product in rainy weather.
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 liter of paint covers a surface of 8-13 m2 in a single coat depending on the surface.
Drying Time
24 hours.
Storage
It can be stored for 2 years at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C in its original packaging, in a closed environment with no direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
