Product Information
FEATURES
- Can be applied up to 3 mm thickness in a single coat
- Very good spreading and excellent adhesion to different surfaces
- High indoor and outdoor yellowing resistance
- High chemical and water resistance
- High pressure and abrasion resistance
SURFACES TO APPLY
Used directly on screeded concrete surfaces or as 3D decorative coating over visuals applied on screed, as decorative and protective coating after epoxy or polyurethane mortar, self-leveling, terrazzo applications, and as a protective coating providing moisture, abrasion, and chemical resistance on floors made of Betopan, MDF, and other composite panels.
APPLICATION METHOD
The application surface must be clean and sound. Pay attention to the recoat time of the previous primer or intermediate coat. As it is a two-component product, considering the pot life, prepare only the amount to be consumed at the specified mixing ratio. To obtain a homogeneous mixture, ensure that the product temperature is not less than 15°C. Add component B into component A according to the mixing ratio and mix with a mechanical mixer at low speed for at least 3 minutes until components A and B are homogeneous. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and ensure it is consumed within the pot life.
Thinning / Mixing Ratio
Component A: 2 Parts
Component B: 1 Part
Paintable (Coverable) Area
0.3 - 0.5 kg / m²
Drying Time
Full curing: 7 days at 20°C
Storage
Store material in a cool and dry place. When stored correctly in unopened original packaging, the shelf life of the material is 1 year for both A and B components.
Packaging
Component A 12 kg + Component B 6 kg: 18 kg Set
Component A 12 kg + Component B 4 kg: 16 kg Set
Important Warning
Components must be thoroughly mixed with each other. Since the paint cannot be used after the pot life expires, small batches should be prepared considering the mixing ratios to avoid material waste. Paint that has had hardener added and remains unused should not be poured into paint that has not had hardener added.
