Solvent-Free Epoxy Self Leveling
Solvent-free epoxy self-leveling coating that transforms new concrete floors or worn, pitted, damaged concrete floor surfaces into a bright, dense, and smooth finish. This chemical-resistant coating allows floors to be created quickly and durably. It becomes ready for foot traffic approximately one day after application. For full mechanical and chemical resistance, wait 7 days before exposing to heavy loads.

SURFACES TO APPLY
Can be applied in factories, warehouses, shopping centers, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, laboratories, parking lots, treatment plants, areas where heavy forklifts and corrosive chemicals are used.
APPLICATION METHOD
Weak parts of the surfaces to be applied must be removed by milling, sandblasting, or sanding. If the surface is too glossy, it should be roughened by milling or sandblasting and the specific surface should be cleaned. If there is oil on the surface, it should be washed, and dirt and dust should be vacuumed. Cleaned surfaces are primed with Solvent-free Epoxy Primer. Within maximum 24 hours after priming, Solvent-free Epoxy Self Leveling is applied. If a smooth surface is desired, Solvent-free Epoxy Self Leveling is applied with a trowel. Air bubbles are removed with a spiked roller. If a textured surface is desired, quartz is selected according to the desired roughness and sprinkled. The next day, loose quartz grains are removed by sweeping and scraping. Then, Epoxy Self Leveling is applied again by stripping. After hardening, it is finished by applying Solvent-free Epoxy topcoat with a roller.

0.75 m² per kg (for 1mm thickness).
Drying Time
12 hours (may vary depending on relative humidity and temperature). Chemical curing 7 days.
