Mma Acrylic Resin Based Road Line Paint
Single component, solvent based, acrylic MMA based road line paint with excellent reflection properties.

PROPERTIES
- Very high UV resistance and chemical resistance.

- Thanks to its high resistance, it maintains its reflection power, color and film thickness in heavy traffic.
- Higher physical and chemical resistance compared to alkyd based paints.
APPLICATION SURFACES
It is used for marking of intracity and intercity roads, airports, parking lots, warehouses and any other areas.
APPLICATION METHOD
Prior to application, the surface must be dry, dust-free and cleaned off of any oil and other impurities. The surface temperature of the road must be above 5°C. It is recommended to clean existing paint off of the surface the road. However, if the old paint on the road does not come off easily, the paint can be applied on top of it. It is recommended to apply the product using automatic application equipment by spraying it on the surface of the road and pouring glass beads on top of it. The product may be applied with a brush or a roller, if needed. Since the product is at application viscosity, it does not need dilution.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
Yalaz Cold Road Line Paint is diluted with Yalaz Line Paint Thinner by 5-10%
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 kg of paint covers a surface of 1.8-2 m2 (175 μ).
Drying Time
20 minutes (ambient temperature of 25°C, surface temperature of 22°C, 50% humidity and wind at 10 km/h)
Storage
It must be kept and stored in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight. It can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after using. Protect from frost.
