Laying Road Line Paint
Two component, methyl methacrylate based, white road line paint with excellent reflection property. It is a product with very high physical and chemical resistance, which hardens and adheres on the surface of application as a result of the reaction occurring when its components are mixed at certain ratios. It is used for safety and warning markings on the roads, marking of crosswalks and deceleration lines, drawing shapes and writing texts on the road using templates.

PROPERTIES

APPLICATION SURFACES
It can be safely used for crosswalks, stop markings, deceleration lines, which play a big role in ensuring traffic safety, as well as ground applications of production plants and parking lots, airports, racetracks, etc.
APPLICATION METHOD
Prior to application, the surface must be dry, dust-free and cleaned off of any oil and other impurities. The surface temperature of the road must be above 5°C. Glass beads are poured on top of the product to increase its reflective property. Even though the glass beads on its surface dissipate in time, it preserves its reflectivity thanks to the glass beads found in its composition. The road is opened to traffic in maximum 45 minutes after application. The paint must be applied within no later than 7 minutes after it is mixed with component B. the product is applied without any problems at a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm without any additives.

Drying Time
30 minutes (ambient temperature of 23°C, surface temperature of 25°C, 50% humidity and wind at 10 km/h)
Storage
It must be kept and stored in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight. It can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after using.
