Industrial Primer Paint

APPLICATION SURFACES

It is used for painting any machine components, agricultural implements, home and garden tools, tractor, trailer, compressor, transformer, car radiator components, and metal surfaces like barrels and tables.

APPLICATION METHOD

Surface of application must be cleaned off of any impurities with sandblasting or sanding. Any dust, dirt, oil, etc. are removed from the metal surface. The primer is diluted with rapid thinner by 10-15% and applied using a paint sprayer. The primer should be stirred well before use. It is recommended to wait for one day before applyinmg Yalaz Industrial Paint on the surfaces primed with Yalaz Industrial Primer.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

Diluted with rapid thinner by 10-15%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 liter of product covers a surface of 10-15 m2 in a single coat depending on the properties of the surface to be painted.

Drying Time

(20°C):

Touch Dry: 15-20 minutes

Dust Dry: 2-3 hours

Hard Dry: 24 hours

Storage

It can be stored at +5 to +30°C for 2 years in its original sealed packaging.
