APPLICATION SURFACES

It is used on ironworks such as steel constructions, machine components, metal objects, bridges, garden ironworks, wrought iron, agricultural implements, garden tools, tractor, trailer, compressor, transformer, car radiator components, etc.

APPLICATION METHOD

It is applied with a pistol, a roller or a brush using dipping technique. The surface of application is completely cleaned off of any rust, dirt and oil. If there is any old paint on the surface, it is completely removed. prior to application, the primer is stirred well. It is diluted with thinner to achieve the viscosity of application. After it dries, thee topcoat paint is applied on top of the primer.

Dilution / Mixing Ratio

It is diluted with industrial thinner by 10-15%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 liter of primer covers a surface of 6-7 m2.

Drying Time

(20°C)

Dust Dry: 15-20 minutes

Touch Dry: 2-3 hours

Hard Dry: 15 hours

Storage

It can be stored at room temperature for 2 years in its original sealed packaging. Store at +5 to +30°C.
