APPLICATION SURFACES

It is commonly used in hardware industry, for any metal office materials, and in automotive supply industry as it provides for a decorative appearance.

APPLICATION METHOD

Application surfaces must be cleaned off of dirt, corrosion and dust and primed with Yalaz Industrial Primer. Blistered, loose and old paints must be scraped away, the entire surface must be sanded and putty must be applied locally to correct any unevenness on the surface. The surface of application must be clean and dry. Yalaz Hammerton Paint must be stirred well before use. Yalaz Hammerton Paint is diluted with Yalaz Industrial Thinner by 15-20% and applied directly on metal surfaces or primed surfaces in a single coat using a paint sprayer. If necessary, the second coat may be applied one hour after applying the first coat. The hammered look is achieved by adjusting the paint viscosity, air pressure and distance of the paint sprayer to the surface of application.

Diluted with rapid thinner by 10-15%.

Paintable (Coverable) Area

1 liter of paint covers a surface of 10-12 m2 in a single coat depending on the method of application and the surface to be painted.

Storage

It can be stored for 2 years at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C in its original packaging with no direct sunlight. Protect from extremely high temperatures, humidity and frost.
