Epoxy Topcoat Paint
Two-component reaction-curing epoxy resin-based topcoat paint cured with polyamide hardener, extra glossy. Adheres perfectly to sheet metal, galvanized, aluminum, wood, and mineral surfaces. High resistance to abrasion and friction, resistance to seawater, mineral oils, and many chemical substances are typical features.

Safely used on all metal surfaces for decorative and protective purposes.
APPLICATION METHOD
Surface Preparation: Metal surfaces must be sandblasted to at least Sa 1/2 level and primed with epoxy primer within 6 hours. After the primer has completed its drying (4-6 hours), proceed with topcoat application. The surface to be applied must be cleaned of all dust, dirt, rust, and moisture. Application: Mix Component 1 and Component 2 in a 3:1 ratio. Thin with 20-25% Epoxy Thinner and apply with a spray gun.

By weight: Component 1: 3 units / Component 2: 1 unit
Paintable (Coverable) Area
8-9 m² per kg (30-50 μ film thickness).
Drying Time
Touch dry: 5-6 hours
Chemical curing: 7 days
