Epoxy Intermediate Coat

It is a two-component epoxy-based intermediate primer coat. It is a high-build primer applied over epoxy and shop primer. Its chemical and corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, adhesion, and elasticity are excellent.

SURFACES TO APPLY

Safely used for protecting metal surfaces against corrosion.

APPLICATION METHOD

Applied on primed surfaces. Surfaces to be coated must be clean and dry. Mix Component I and Component II carefully according to the mixing ratio, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then apply with brush, spray gun, or airless spray in one or two coats, waiting 16 hours between coats.

Thinning / Mixing Ratio

By weight: Component 1: 4 units / Component 2: 1 unit

Paintable (Coverable) Area

5-6 m² per kg (40-50 μ film thickness).

Drying Time

Dust dry: 2-2.5 hours

Touch dry: 6-7 hours

Recoat interval: 8-24 hours

Full curing: 7 days
