APPLICATION SURFACES
Featuring high abrasion resistance, good adhesion, resistance to salt water and chemicals, pigments that facilitate night vision and fast drying flexible structure; it is safely used for application of traffic markings at bus stops, parking lots, crosswalks, pavements, car parks, tennis courts and any concrete and asphalt covered road surfaces.
APPLICATION METHOD
Surface preparation: Surfaces of application must be cleaned off of dust, dirt, oil and moisture. Application: The paint must be stirred well before use. Road Line Paint is diluted by 5-10% and applied on the readied surface using a brush, a roller or a paint sprayer. At the time of application, ambient temperature should be higher than 10°C. Dilution is not required in case of applications at 60-70°C. In case of double coating, wait for 30 minutes in between the coats.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
It is diluted with Road Line Thinner by 5-10%.
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 kg of Road Line Paint covers a surface of 3-5 m2 depending on surface conditions.
Drying Time
Dust Dry: 5 minutes.
Touch Dry: 10 minutes.
Hard Dry: 30-90 minutes.
Storage
It can be stored at room temperature for 2 years in its original sealed packaging. Store at +5 to +30°C.
