APPLICATION SURFACES
Synthetic Auto Paint is a topcoat developed for painting especially commercial vehicles like busses, trucks, pickups, and minibuses.
APPLICATION METHOD
2 K Synthetic Auto Paint may be applied on primed surfaces and also on previously or newly painted surfaces after sanding the surface. 2K Synthetic Auto Paint and Catalysis Varnish are mixed at the recommended ratio. The mixture will be at the application viscosity. If it is needed to reduce the viscosity further, Yalaz acrylic thinner is used. When the mixture is completely homogenized, it is applied in 2-3 coats when the coats are still wet. The painted surface is kiln dried after a 5-10 minutes’ pre-evaporation process. The shelf life of the mixture is 48 hours at 20°C.

Paint: 10 parts
Hardener: 1 part
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 kg of product paints a surface of approximately 5-6 m2 (mixture of components 1 and 2).
Drying Time
50 minutes at 80 degrees.
Storage
It can be stored for 2 years at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C in its original packaging, in a closed environment with no direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
