1k Synthetic Auto Paint
Single component, air drying, high hide, synthetic topcoat paint which is extremely glossy with special resin formulation. It has permanent glossiness, good elasticity and easy spread.

APPLICATION SURFACES
Synthetic Auto Paint is preferred as a topcoat for especially commercial vehicles like busses, trucks, pickups, and minibuses and in the tractor sector.
APPLICATION METHOD
The surface must be moisture-free, dry, cleaned off of ant dirt, rust, oil and other impurities, sandblasted or sanded. Additionally, it is recommended to apply suitable 2K primer as a first coat on the surface to benefit from the adhesion performance at its maximum. Relative humidity must be below 80% and dew point temperature of the surface must be above minimum 5°C during application.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
Diluted with synthetic thinner by 20-30%.
Paintable (Coverable) Area
1 liter of paint covers a surface of 10-12 m2 depending on the type and absorptivity of the surface.
Drying Time
Dust Dry: 1 hour
Touch Dry: 2 hours
Hard Dry: 72 hours (1 hour in kiln at 80°C).
Storage
It can be stored for 2 years at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C in its original packaging, in a closed environment with no direct sunlight.
