1k Acrylic Topcoat
Acrylic resin based, single component, glossy topcoat paint. It is a paint with elasticity, chemical resistance and high UV resistance. It may be applied on any metal components.

APPLICATION SURFACES
It may be used in automotive supply industry, electrical motor and reducer manufacturing industry and all sectors involving metalworks.
APPLICATION METHOD
It is applied with a sprayer. The surfaces of application must be clean and dry. It is diluted with thinner to the viscosity of application.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
Dilute with acrylic thinner by 10-15%.
Paintable (Coverable) Area
Paints a surface of 10-12 m2/kg in a single coat (film thickness of 30-40 microns).
Drying Time
(20°C)
At 23°C and 50% relative humidity:
Dust Dry: 10-15 minutes.
Touch Dry: 1 hour.
Hard Dry: 24 hours.
Storage
It must be kept and stored in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight. It can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after using. Protect from frost.
