1k Acrylic Primer
Single component, fast drying primer with good adherence on metal surfaces and excellent outdoor resistance. It is used as primer on machines and tools used outside.

APPLICATION SURFACES
It is a single component filler primer applied with a sprayer, which has been particularly designed for the auto repair sector. Thanks to its composition, it can be applied on putty and previously painted surfaces. It also has protective properties.
APPLICATION METHOD
It is applied with a sprayer. The surfaces of application must be clean and dry. It is diluted with thinner and applied in 2-3 coats. Wait for 30-40 minutes in between the coats.
Dilution / Mixing Ratio
Dilute with acrylic thinner by 10-15%.
Paintable (Coverable) Area
Paints a surface of 12-14 m2/kg in a single coat (film thickness of 30-40 microns).
Drying Time
(20°C)
At 20°C and 50% relative humidity:
Dust Dry: 20-30 minutes.
Touch Dry: 2-3 hours.
Hard Dry: 24 hours.
Storage
It must be kept and stored in a cool and dry environment with no direct sunlight. It can be stored in its original packaging for minimum 1 year. Keep the lid closed after using. Protect from frost.
